I already have a calendar. Where does Pamly fit?
Keep your calendar for the places you need to be. Pamly gives the things around them a home too: packing the swimming kit, returning the permission slip, remembering library day. Connect Apple Calendar to see your events beside your tasks and save dated Pamly plans to the calendar you choose.
Does everyone in my family need the app?
No. Pamly is your own place to organize family life. Add family profiles and assign tasks to keep track of who’s doing what. When someone needs the details, send a handoff through Messages or the share sheet—even if they use Android. Assigning a task alone doesn’t notify them or create a shared list.
Can I use it without paying?
Yes. The free plan includes typed tasks, three saved voice captures a day, and five document scans a month. Pro adds unlimited Speak and scans, routines, reusable family checklists, and document search. You can keep using the free plan for as long as it suits you.
Do I have to take out another subscription?
No. You can choose one-time Pro and pay once, or choose a monthly or annual subscription. All three include the same Pro features. Eligible customers can try the annual plan free for seven days. Your local price and payment terms appear in the app before you confirm with Apple.
What happens if I change phones?
You can restore an active subscription or one-time Pro purchase using the same Apple Account. Back up your saved plans before changing phones or deleting the app; restoring a purchase does not restore local task data. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I still use my list without a signal?
Yes. Saved tasks and everyday planning work on your iPhone without a connection. Purchases and sending messages need a connection. Voice capture depends on supported on-device speech resources being available.
Who can see our family’s information?
Your tasks, documents, and family profiles are stored on your device. Pamly does not sync your plans to other devices. Pamly doesn’t send this family content to a server we operate, and it doesn’t save voice recordings. You choose what to share with others. Read how Pamly handles your information.
